Jennifer Haupt

Jennifer grew up around art, being that her parents, twin sister, grandparents, aunt, and uncle were all artists. Jen, with her sister and grandparents painted all the murals and worked on foregrounds at the Oak’s Natural history Museum in Harrisburg Pa for a couple of years and also commissioned art throughout (mainly people and animal portraits). She got into tattooing through Chris Bucher, the owner of Body Mods in Sunbury Pa. He had asked her to teach art classes at the shop, so she started painting with the tattoo artists every weekend. Being that she had never tried tattooing, she was intrigued. So Chris Bucher started to apprentice her at the end of 2017 while she was still at her photography job of 12 years. She left there not too long after and has been tattooing ever since. She really enjoys realistic detailed subjects, the more details she can fit in the better! Also thin-lined designs, stippling, animals, portraits, and so on… Hobbies she enjoys: Nature (kayaking, hiking, exploring, animals, and traveling).
